Today I ventured out into the snow storm to the grocery store so I could make my fist attempt at Indian food. I made korma sauce it turned out okay. The only problem was that I used to much ginger and it didn't grind up small enough. It probably would have been better if I had actual measurements and wasn't guessing the amount of spices the chef was using on YouTube. I'm definitely going to try again :)
